Return, Exchange & Refund policy

RETURN, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY (UPDATED ON 22 AUGUST 2023)

 

Thank you for shopping at MW Fashion. We value your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

        Return, exchange and refund are only applicable for item(s) that are defected or damaged from our side, with tags still attached or mistaken delivery.

        All SALE, AS-IS, DEFECTIVE SALE ITEM and PROMOTIONAL-PRICE item are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

        We will not be responsible for item(s) that are purchased through scammers, and unauthorised agent.

        Return, exchange and refund can be made within 7 DAYS after item received with official receipt with tags still attached.

        Customers must consult our person-in-charge first (sales team)  before proceeding with the returns/exchanges/refund.

        Please contact our Customer Service Team 0128118428 and provide your Order number, your name and address, details of the Product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement in which situation are accepted.


Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Your item must be in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached. Please include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase when returning an item (if applicable).

 Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account. You will receive the refund of agreed amount within 10 working days.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us and we will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges of item subject to stock availability and only allowed for the same item, color and size.

 

 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO EXCHANGE IF:

        Item is damaged caused by (torn, stain, wrinkle, smell, cigarette, perfume)

        Item that has been wash, altered and iron. (Shorten / hemmed)

        Item that have stain such as make up stain, food, pen and etc.

        Item defected caused by customer

        Item with no invoice or purchase receipt

        Exceed 7 days from date of received item

        Item with no price tag or label
